WHO AM I?

If you're here, it's probably to find out more about myself and the programs I offer. So here's my story.

From my earliest childhood to the present day, my life has been steeped in sport. Touching on many different disciplines, I've taken part in numerous competitions that have forged my mentality. I was able to reach the national level in two sports, badminton and billiards. I've spent the last fifteen years of my life as a manager, moving from animator to trainer, developer and coach. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with top-level athletes, notably accompanying David Toupé in his preparation for the Parabasminton World Championships and the Tokyo Olympic Games.

My sporting career, both as a competitor and as a manager, has never ceased to enrich my passion for sport. Today, I dedicate my experience and acquired knowledge to helping people in need of physical improvement.


The SAM concept

To help my students reach their desired level, I use the SAM concept, which I created myself. It's all about “Sport, Nutrition, Mindset”. It's a holistic approach, according to which an individual's physical progress depends as much on the quality of their physical activity as on their diet. But there's a third equally important parameter in the equation: the mind.

What all successful people have in common is that they are highly disciplined. But they also have a mindset that's second to none. Only determination will enable you to remain disciplined in your training and diet over the long term. That's why I make a point of establishing a specific personal development program, which complements those for sport and diet.

My programs are accessible to everyone, regardless of their goals and profile.
